How to move friends, connections, followers from exposure to connections?
Provide information. Use your expertise to provide simple and easy information for them to use. Â People love how to do it lists. Â People love information they can easily use.
Ask questions.  When you tell or talk at, they don’t need to get involved.  When you ask them a question, this invites their involvement.
Acknowledging people. By providing responses or compliments to other people on social media sites, you are saying, “You are important and I am paying attention to you.â€
Being generous. Â Share freely your resources and well as the resources of others that help your social media connections. Â Generosity is a great connector.
Being personal. Â Share the personal part of yourself, your humor or your experiences. Â People are not looking for business personas on social media sites. Â Think of the sharing that comes with your friends over a glass of wine or wonderful meal.
