Thanks Karen for your comments and question. Here’s a list of the more popular customer review sites. Each site has its own process for joining the site. Once you join, you can make customer reviews. Google Places requires that you have a Google Account or G-mail account to make a review. At this time, Google Places is now only using Google customer reviews. (See my post http://successfulinternettools.com/2011/08/using-a-webpage-for-your-customer-reviews-local-search-marketing-minneapolis/) Bing also requires you to have a G-mail account to make a customer review.

Al,
What a great, concise video blog. Excellent advice for small businesses looking to enhance their Google Places pages with reviews. There are so many review sites now. Do you have a list of the review sites you suggest small businesses focus on or are the best sites depend on the business’ industry and if they have a brick and mortar location?
